As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Warren - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Sign on Bonus P&C license is needed to work in the office, if a license is not currently held, I will pay up to $3000 sign on bonus after P&C is completed, with 1/2 included in first paycheck and 2nd half at 60 days. Our office is located in Boston, NY, and we serve the greater Erie County area—including Hamburg, Orchard Park, Eden, Colden, and Glenwood. As a lifelong resident with roots in Boston, Hamburg, and Eden, I began my State Farm journey in high school and have been proudly serving customers since 1991. My team and I are committed to providing friendly, knowledgeable service—often with help from our two beloved office dogs!

We’re passionate about giving back through local involvement, from supporting the rotary and snowmobile clubs to the local food pantry. I also proudly serve in an advisory role with the Chamber of Commerce and love staying connected through community events.
