"Our bill has increased hundreds of dollars over the last two years, nearly doubled. I’ve never been able to make an account & recently have had to go through hoops to even pay my bill since requiring you to log in. I have no access to our account. I have called & left many messages to speak to Jennifer that were never returned over the last five years.
Most recently, after multiple phone calls to cancel my services with State Farm as we’ve got an amazing agent at Geico who helped us tremendously, Jennifer Warren had the audacity to call me back to try and resell their services. The company that has not responded to numerous calls and voicemails, respected our loyalty over the last 5 years, & has been zero help with accessing our account. She then proceeded to talk over me, call me a liar & be incredibly rude and disrespectful. I am truly disgusted we ever gave her any business & will certainly never make that mistake again.

If you want an agent who will not return voicemails, provide any assistance, & try to gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong- this is your agent. State Farm as a whole really, still waiting for a call back from the 1-800 number from 5 days ago.

If you want an agent who goes out of her way to walk you through policy’s, has responded to every form of communication, & has been nothing but helpful throughout the process- contact Geico. I’m so glad we switched."

"Drive safe has been a useful tool keeping me aware of my driving habits. There are some flaws in the way it rates your driving as braking is unable to recognize the need to brake hard for unexpected emergencies like deer crossing in front of you, they don't follow the rules."
